Placing an Order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on The Punkin Patch website. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions. Any Special Requirements can be added in at checkout.

Telephone orders can be placed between the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday by calling 0845 224 6836. Our Design Consultants are also available between these hours to provide expert assistance to our customers.

Payment
Presently, Punkin Patch accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Paypal. Personal and cashier's checks are also accepted, but held for 5 business days before  shipping.

Order Status
If you'd like to check the status of your order, you can track it onine using our order number and email address used when you paced the order. We also encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the delivery times reflected are approximate, and are for the production time needed to complete your items. Shipping transit times add one to three weeks to your delivery time depending on the item shipping method used and destination. Small items such as accessories and bedding are shipped via Royal mail and should be delivered to the specified delivery address within three to five days of the time noted. Delivery of furniture may require up to three weeks, as The Punkin Patch furniture carriers take great pride in transporting and delivering your items safely.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping Methods and Charges
Small furnishings, decor accessories and bedding are typically shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail with a standard charge of £5.99.

Larger furniture requires special consideration in shipping and delivery. Because these items are large and heavy, we must ship them via Standard Delivery with special in-home furniture carriers. As a result, these oversized items incur a Standard Delivery shipping surcharge in addition to the regular shipping charges noted above. Shipping surcharges are noted on an item's product page and in your Shopping Cart.

Furniture that is shipped with an in-home delivery service via Standard Delivery will be placed inside the main threshold of the home. Because of our commitment to exceptional customer service, Punkin Patch also offers Premier Delivery for many oversized items in our collection. Upon delivery, the Premier Delivery carrier will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice and discard the packing materials for you. (Assembly service is not provided.) If Premier Delivery is available for an item, it will be presented as an option on an item's product page.

If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due and payable upon delivery.


If you have ordered furniture from Punkin Patch, your order may be shipped via an in-home freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. Please DO NOT arrange to have shipments dropped off when no one is home. When the carrier contacts you, please make note of the company's name and phone number. This will be very helpful if you need to contact them for any reason. It is essential that you contact the carrier should you need to reschedule your delivery appointment. When delivery appointments are missed, the shipping company will assess a missed appointment charge.

Punkin Patch's craftsmen take great care in packaging their creations to ensure safe transport to your home. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Take the time to note any damage to your furniture and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. Do not sign the shipping documents without recording details of transit damage. (For example: the furniture is scratched, dented, cracked, fabric is torn and the box is crushed on the top corner, punctured or wet)

Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to Punkin Patch at the time of delivery by calling us at 0845 224 6836 or emailing us at design@punkinatch.co.uk.  Punkin Patch will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above.

Freight companies are instructed to deliver items during the time frame scheduled with you, our customer. However, if you find that your furnishing(s) were delivered when you are not at home, please do not move the boxes. These terms aply to mainand UK addresses. Contact Punkin Patch immediately for further instructions.


International Orders
International and non-UK mainland orders will incur higher charges than stated above. Please call or email us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom Items
Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions.

Punkin Patch makes fabric and finish samples available to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your decor. Because custom items cannot be returned, Punkin Patch suggests that you contact our Design Consultants to request a sample prior to purchasing custom items. You can email Customer Service or call us at 0845 224 6836 Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Non-custom Items
Punkin Patch strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, Punkin Patch will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Punkin Patch; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.

If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RAN, and/or Punkin Patch suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.

Cancellations
Punkin Patch works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please email us at design@punkinpatch.co.uk or call us ASAP (within 3 business days of placing your order) at 0845 224 6836 and we will do our best to cancel your order. Warranty Information
 
Punkin Patch upholds the warranties offered by the craftsmen and manufacturers who craft our furnishings. Because the scope and duration of our manufacturers' warranties vary, we encourage you to ask a Punkin Patch Design Consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.

It is our top priority to choose products that are not only beautiful but also safe for your children. Punkin Patch carries only high quality and well-crafted furnishings, linens and accessories. We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on www.punkin-patch.com. Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time.

 

Punkin Patch Services

Requesting Swatches and Samples
Punkin Patch is happy to offer fabric swatches and finish samples for most of our linens and furnishings in order to help you select the right item every time. If you want to review these items, please contact one of our Design Consultants by emailing us at design@punkinpatch.co.uk or calling us on 0845 224 6836  Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

After reviewing samples, please return them. However, if you place an order for the item, you may keep the appropriate sample(s) to assist with your decorating.

 

COM and Custom Designs
Punkin Patch understands your desire for creativity and choice. Although our collection includes thousands of items for your home, we know you may have something specifically unique in mind. That's why we're proud to offer Punkin Patch's Custom Design Services.

Our Design Consultants can coordinate with our craftsmen to create "COM" (customer's own material) upholstered chairs and linens with fabrics of your choice. For your protection we require that you include a copy of your receipt or invoice that reflects the cost of your fabric when you ship yardage to Punkin Patch. When your COM bedding or upholstered furniture is shipped, we will insure the package for the appropriate value. If we do not receive a receipt with your COM, Punkin Patch cannot be held liable for the cost of your fabric. Only the purchase price of your Punkin Patch merchandise will be covered should it be lost or damaged in transit.

We offer fabric for purchase by the yard for window treatments, shower curtains and other items. In some cases Punkin Patch can facilitate the design and manufacture of these items, but if we cannot, we will gladly assist you in finding the right fabric yardage.

Our Design Consultants work with talented artists to paint custom furnishings to match colors and motifs of existing furnishings, wallpaper or fabrics. In some cases, we have collaborated with customers and master craftsmen to design fanciful, one-of-a-kind furniture. All sales are final on custom orders. Punkin Patch cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item marked as 'custom made', special order items, COM orders, fabric yardage or any custom designed item.

Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to gift wrap your purchases for a fee of £3.00 per item, unless stated otherwise. Gift Wrapping is available on indicated items only.

 

Gift Certificates
Punkin Patch offers gifts certificates to help you give the perfect gift every time. Our gift certificates are available in £25 increments ranging in value from £25 upwards and will surely delight the lucky recipient. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

As a courtesy to our customers, Punkin is pleased to provide a free room design service. We would help you put together all you need to make your child's room extra special.  From cribs, to rugs and wall decor, we offer suggestions tailored to your needs.

Our workroom makes window treatments and custom beddings with your own fabrics, or choose from our wide range to coordinate with your nursery. Privacy
We understand your concerns regarding privacy and designed this policy as part of our strong commitment to you. Cookies are used on the site to help customers access and track items in their shopping cart. A cookie is sent to the individual to identify them when they return to the site for the purpose of viewing items left in their shopping cart.

When registering as a member of Punkin Patch, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself. We do this in order to offer you a full range of information, products and services. To register as a member, we will ask you to provide your name, email address and mailing address. We will use this information to notify you of site changes at both of our sites and provide you with valuable offers from Punkin Patch and our Partners. All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature. When you order products, we will also need your billing and shipping information. This information should be as accurate as possible because we will use it for all contact, billing and shipping purposes.

Because members and their privacy are top priority at Punkin Patch, we use the most secure transaction software available. All credit card orders on Punkin Patch are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide Punkin Patch is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only Punkin Patch can decrypt this secure information. Terms and Conditions
When you complete Punkin Patch's  member registration process, you agree to all of the terms herein. Punkin Patch may update these terms and will notify you via our monthly newsletter or a prominent posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of Punkin Patch after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.

Our craftsmen's rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those saved in your My Favorites folder, are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Punkin Patch will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our craftsmen. Punkin Patch reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to craftman delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Punkin Patch will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

While the Punkin Patch team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Punkin Patch cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Punkin Patch is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
