Placing an Order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on The Punkin Patch Interiors website. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient;
Simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site.
To add other items click "continue shopping".
Once you are done, click "checkout".
Any Special Requirements can be added in at checkout.
Telephone orders can also be placed between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday by calling 0203 371 7530 or 0845 224 6836. Our Design Consultants are also available between these hours to provide expert assistance to you.
Delivery times vary as some products are made to order, and the time differs for each. Please check on the product page for delivery times, or simply call us to ask. We ship worldwide and international deliveries may cost more and we would always let you know prior to processing your order if this is the case. Where applicable, you'll be responsible for any customs charges incured for international deliveries. Please check with your country's customs department to be aware of fees and charges applicable.
We ship all our goods worldwide. We would contact you before processing your order if there are any additional shipping charges. Please note countries outside of the EU may be liable for tax and custom/import duties on reception of the goods. The delivery company may contact you prior to delivery for payment of those charges. *We recommend you contact your local tax office to find out about these charges*
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Distance selling regulations aonly apply if your item has not been custom made for you. If the Distance Selling Regulation does not apply returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please call or email us before returning for instructions. Returned items need to be in a saleable condition, non customised, unused and unpacked and made within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges if you change your mind.
Custom Made or made to order items like personalised gifts, made to order furniture, furnishings, fabric etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If your custom made item arrives damaged or faulty, we would exchange or remake the item for you. Please follow our returns procedure.
Please note that custom made orders where you provide your own fabric will extend the time period for delivery as we have to wait to receive your fabric.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to order, personalised items and made to order bedding, furniture, art or decor, lighting & rugs.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
